The slacker is back! I haven't been posting, but I promise I've been running. Just check my Strava. After my near perfect run at Jack & Jill's, I've been spending the last several weeks building my mileage back up in preparation for the NYC marathon on 11/6. I don't have a goal for this race per day, but I'd like to finish in the low 3 hour range. But mostly I just want to enjoy the course and stay healthy so that I can start a big build up in mileage for my Boston Marathon training.  

all has been going well. No injuries and feeling optimistic about NY.
