Sorry for the long delay; I've been so distracted lately that I haven't take the time to provide my weekly updates. For the most part training has continued to go well, and I've successfully completed most of my workouts. I did bomb my marathon paced run a couple of weeks ago... But I think that was due to down residual fatigue from the Possom Trot 10k. I've run two 10's over a 3 week period, and I believe that the hard efforts in those races affect my training runs to some degree. But I don't have anymore races on the calenda until Jack & Jill. From now on my focus is squarely on this BQ attempt. I need to keep the diet in check and stay healthy through this final stretch.
