I finished this week feeling pretty good. For those that have been following, I've been dealing with all sorts of little tightness and soreness in my calves and hamstrings. Over the course of the week, I continue to hit the Epsom salt and compression sleeves. One thing I did change was that I stopped wearing compression sleeves while I ran, thinking that I was getting to much pressure directed towards my knees. Anyway, I can happily say that every thing feels pretty loose and I concluded the week with a 20 mile run at 7:25ish pace. I'll continue to maintain with the hopes of reaching marathon weak feeling as healthy as possible.
