Quick update here. Training has been going well. Although I've definitely been feeling the fatigue of the increased mileage and speed work, I've been able to hit 95% of my workouts as planned. I've been continuing to PR my races along the way, which is proof that the plan is working. Most recently, I ran a 1:29 marathon this past Sunday (recap coming very soon). 

I'm probably still haven't fully recovered from that half marathon, but today I was able to effectively hit 9 miles with 6 x 600 repeats at 5k pace. I was scheduled to run 11 miles but had to cut it short due to time constraints.
