Training has gone well up to this point. I've been noticing some pretty big gains, and I've PR'd every race I've ran during this cycle. 

After this morning's 6 mile recover run, I feel a little tightness in my right shin. During the run I felt tightness on the top of my right foot.

I'm supposed to have another 4mile recovery run this afternoon, which I will now skip. Stretching, compassion sleeve, and Epsom salt bath on deck tonight.
