just realized that I haven't updated my progress in a while, so here's a quick check in. I'm still working... Putting in 50-something miles per week, quickly approaching 60. Feeling good and noticing a definite improvement in my fitness. Haven't done much speed work, so I'm not sure where I stand on that front. Peachtree Roadrace is coming up in a couple of weeks, so I guess I'll find out then. Otherwise, all else is business as usual. Still training for that sub-3:20!
