I've updated my calendar; this year, I am trying to focus on quality of races over the quantity. I want each race to matter and be a strategic compliment to my long-term goal of reducing my marathon time to meet BQ standard. That said I will likely end up adding a few more races in the 3rd quarter of the year... But for now, my primary focus is to safely build my base mileage.
This week was my return to running 6 days a week. I'll slowly start to increase the mileage each day until two-a-days become necessary.
