With one week left to go before marathon #2, I have a scratch at the back of my throat. But I'm not going to dwell on that. The good news is that despite an extremely short training period, I was able to successfully ramp up to some pretty high mileage weeks with no hint of injury (knock wood). Now I'm tapering, hydrating, and working on this scratchy throat. Time to ease on into the last week before the big day.
