Another good training week in the books. Mileage was down a bit (about 35 miles this week) because I ran a 5K (20:44/6:41 per mile) in leiu of my long run. This week will be back to normal with an 18 mile long run on Saturday and > 50 miles scheduled for the week. Hip feels a little sore after the race - nothing some stretching and Epsom salt can't fix. I'm not used  to running at 5k pace... It's been a minute.
