On Monday, I ran 4.32 at a 7:54/mile pace. That was two laps around Grant Park with BMR

Today I ran a one mile warm up on the track in 7:48. Afterwards I ran 10 x 800 meter repeats. My splits were 3:13, 3:26, 3:34, 3:25, 3:37, 3:27, 3:24, 3:43, 3:39, 3:54. I did something different today by not watching my time as I ran my repeats in an effort to see what my "natural" pace was. I was happy to see that all of my splits were sub 4:00, which is in line with my sub 4 hour marathon goal.
