Great workout today. In fact, it was my best track session of my marathon training so far. 8 x 800 meter repeats with a 3:30 jogging rest in between each rep. My splits were - 3:26, 3:30, 3:33, 3:22, 3:14, 3:20, 3:21, 3:10. I felt strong afterwords and almost went for the full yasso (10 repeats), but I'm sticking with the plan and waiting until next week for that. 6.2 total miles today.
