Ran 11.48 miles at an 8:13 per mile pace for my long run. Didn't initially intend to go out that fast but my stride was feeling great, and I felt like I was only going at 80% so I kept it going. I can definitely feel the strength from my additional mileage base and adjusted form. I also adjusted my hydration techniques. Upped it to apx. 3-4 oz every mile, and I felt much better towards the end of my run.
