Still feeling slightly sore from Saturday's speed workouts, but I ran two (back to back) 5K's with BMR today. Both runs were a preview of my upcoming HBCU 5K on June 28th. Ran the first one at 7:38 per mile, and the second time I ran it at 7:31 per mile. Next week, I'll shoot for 7:15 per mile. These runs seemed to stretch out my muscles a bit and helped me recover from Saturday. Ran at about 80% effort.
