Nice easy run today. 6.04 miles at an 8:54/mile pace. I did two extra miles today and yesterday to make up for missing Wednesday morning's run. I've also been hydrating during my morning runs which has made a huge difference. Today I went through 20oz over 6 miles but still lost 2lbs during the course of the run. Probably need to get in at least 4oz per mile on race day.
