Ran 4.14 miles at an 8:57 pace. I actually ran further and faster than that, but the GPS on my Nike watch was suspect today - likely because I accidentally ran with the shoe pod turned off. I noticed a twinge in my right knee and both shins, but it was extremely minor; it didn't raise any red flags, but I'll keep an eye on it. Still working on keeping my pace relatively slow with the increased mileage. I will likely do some speed work tomorrow if I'm feeling okay.
