So I ran the #StrongLegs #10k Saturday morning. After running with the lead pack for 5.5 miles, they sent us the wrong way... Multiple times! So after several stops and checks with police officers and radio checks they got us back on course (1 mile further back of course!) And that's how you go from finishing with the leaders in a 10k (with a sub 7 pace) to running 8 miles and finishing mid pack.
