Double update time...

Tuesday, I ran 6.8 miles at a 8:15/mile pace. I was supposed to run 10 miles, but I bumped into Ade the vegan ultra marathoner. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to run with and chat with him. That cut into my available run time. Well worth it. 

Today, I ran 7.7 miles at a 7:32/mile pace. I literally had no idea I was running that fast, but I feel like this step back week has done my body wonders.
